Yet another 7 second ghost call

I can't believe we're still at this, Barclays new and stress inducing policy of random phone calls.... is really starting to get on my nerves, firstly there's nobody there if I get to answer the phone. Or the call disconnects showing me that someone called, but when I use the number nobody answers.
It's just another either failed attempt at client care, which has become simple harressment. We're being held to ransom in our own home. By a bank that does not care a jot for it's clients and looks at us as a product to be exploited
I assigned the name Abdul Hassan to this number, as he was the first person from Barclays to call me. Treat us with some curtesy and called me three times to see what was going on... sadly he does not work according to him in customer care or as part of the complaints team... so wasn't able to get anything done about the continuing issues.
I guess Barclays will be getting another letter to ask for the information still being with held from me, and to explain this has to stop as it simply making our lives a living misery.
