So I had a call, not to discuss the issues, or to provide answers... which would be far too simple. In the call the Barclays call handler? Negotiator? Client Liaison Officer? I really don't know what they are, they have no social media or digital finger print aren't listed in LinkedIn, FB or any other social network..
Anyway they told me that in this day and age it would be hard for Barclays to claim they can't send a digital file, I pointed out as I work with large files for video I regularly send several hundred megabite files sometimes larger files. It depends...I went of I'd been requesting this for 10 years from #BarclaysUK and they've always stated it was impossible to send these files electronically "Well that's a lie...!"
Anyway Adam Cooke From Barclays Whatever department told me he would see to it and here is my electronic file... which is word searchable and I can expand in my one screen app to make it easier to use as a disabled person... my first thought and I aplogise if this offends anyone but it's been "10 YEARS and HERE WE ARE....! What a load of old Bollocks..!"

That's what it looked like when it arrived, totally unannounced, I did have a call from a Chap call Richard (NO Surname Given) who apparently works in the office of #MrCSVenKatakrishnan the new CEO of Barclays. I really could not understand what the purpose of that call was, it went in a circle did not lead to any negotiations did not explain who he was or what the call was about. Perhaps it was more to intimidate me? but it failed in that as well. I now have more questions about the process which #barclays appear to be ignoring.
But here we are I've been sent something I've not asked for in a format which is not easy to use as a disabled person. In my opinion this is just more of the typical nonsense #BarclaysUK wants me to swallow. As they are unable or reluctant to answer my questions about how we got into this mess.
