Is Customer Care A One Way Street?

I have to ask, as a customer and you should too.


the victim expirience is 100%, this injury is hard to explain, and there should be a moment where everyone takes a step back. So the actual position we've arrived at is reviewed fairly


#Banks choose or claim to be #Customer Focussed, which I would have to question after nearly 16 years of being on the end of the #CustomerCare Jack Boot #Barclays likes to dish out.


We're now move moving into a Legal Phase, and the simple facts remain #Barclays did this to me, did this to my family which includes #DisabledPeople who should be protected


#CustomerCare is Performative for #Barclays they claim to care, they claim to be there and will listen and treat people fairly while sending agents to issue physical threats to me.


Is #CustomerCare really a two street..?
