Why and What

Why am I doing this

It's simple, I have tried to speak and negotiate with #Barclays, they have initially refused to answer my question claiming the information did not exist. Then that others had this, sending me away. When really they did have it all along, finally I was able to get to the source of material. Which was then redacted by #Barclays, why? now after atleast 15 separate complaints. The ombudsman found in my favour as I was awarded a small financial compensation claim. #Barlcays claims all the enquiries and all the complaint where settled in their favour.... The why did they pay me..? and why has getting the answers such a struggle...?

The answers are not yet clear, but it feels very much like a well trodden path...

What do I want, it's simple the answers. To my questions, to find a settlement to the dispute and get rid of Barclays once and for all they've done enough damage, and it's them who oppose this, which leads us back to why?
