When does the Clown show start..?

It's odd that we've evolved into the creature we have, the creative arts, philosophy, science you name it we've considered it. Thought about it discussed it and drawn a conclusion. So why is it that Barclays UK seems to think they are not subject to any laws, any understanding, any ethics, anything..?

Barclays has chosen a course of action well more inaction, they now appears to be driven to ignoring me. So the new black is saying nothing anything, not answering any questions, not engaging in dialogue as per the recommendation of the Financial Ombudsman. We've in effect entered into a war of attrition... or siege mentality.... a mexican standoff... if you will.
