So just to recap this envelope arrived about a year ago, wth a recording I'd requested but the passcode wasn't including ... because #Barclays is all about security. Well it's finally arrived after 8 additional requests and a formal complaint. So I've carefully unlocked the drive copied the content and will now be turning that into a file I can upload to this site.

The language I've used is outstandingly blunt....! #swearing it's a 10 or so minute call and listern caution should be applied....if you suffer from being easily offended or don't like someone telling it how it is... after 14 years of getting messed about... then this won't be for you. however if you like a touch of #tourettes I'll get it uploaded as soon as I get past the next coupld of days of really hard work

What's really interesting however is the wording on the reply letter...

the Highlighted parts "Im unable to agree we've made an error!"

So it's not an error then? it's deliberate... nice to have that clarified

While #Barclays claim it's outside of their control, they may not have sent a passcode at all, because that would be simpler and the #Postoffice takes the blame anyway... what a genius operating process

And they've never sent an email, even though they sent me a text telling me they did... and none of this was an action taken in error.... #barclays a bank you can trust to screw you in the arse and tell you it's your own fault #victimblaming
