Well I've had a reply and now I'm stuck

For the last nearly 10 years I've I've written to them, emailled different people at Barclays and never really got a reply that made any sense. Or shed any light on the problem or offered any real and meaningful help.... This morning I again sent a message to yet another of the 80,000 or so employees and much to my shock I got a reply...

So this has gotten me alittle stumped if I'm honest, I'd like some answers and as per the ombudsman's recommendation I'd like them to enter into negotiations with me. Sadly we're now at the point, I just don't trust a single word they utter, which has me snookered... Do I tell this person what's happened and they'll run off claiming that it's all so unlikely and so can't be true or do I try to explain what's happened and see if he'll actually do anything positve or am I now being lined up for a full on scrap by their legal team..?


Barclays caused this that's the simple truth and now I have to trust them to actually want to help me and be honest... after 10 years of lying and covering up, that's a pretty big ask in my opinion...
