I've had several phone calls from #barclaysUK claiming to be want to discuss the issues I have raised. However "they" you know "them" the machine that is #Barclays just refuses to negotiate, acknowledge that a mistake could be possible. So I've requested information that in my opinion suggests it's a breach of contract, simple predatory lending or fraud. With all the risk left with the borrower and the lender is able to do as they wish. By changing the contract to cause a default, then make off with the repayed element of debt as well as claiming the assest because of the created default.
If this isn't whats happening here what is..? "The Bank" #barclays and I entered into a contract, they knew I was self employed our business account was with #barclays They then closed my business account. This caused the default and now they'd like to take away my home. Which I've nearly paid for and I'm suppose to be happy with this as a net result of how nice they've treated me.
It may come as a shock to #barclays but they won't be welcome any time soon, the Ombudsman found in my favour for harassment, treatment that simply left them shocked and the recommendation was #negotiate which #barclays claims they don't need to do as a recommendation isn't an instruction. If that isn't lawyers playing a rule book instead of people acting in the spirit of the law what is..?
