Barclays claims to be a 24/7 organisation

yesterday's update that they are being timed on a response so, for a 24/7 organisation it's a very poor show

The FCA gives a road map of how Barclays operates and over 10+years I can confirm the treatment has been a very carefully laid out path on which I've been lead.

It's not about a resolution in a reasonable timescale, it's about dragging it out for as long as possible as that will bring a higher degree of Barclays getting what they want.


It's a disgusting way to proceed and as a company that claims to be ethcial and compliant with the rules we all should follow, it clearly highlights some serious failings with their own process.
