Obviously the happy go luck chap in the picture is not a fair representation of a #BarclaysBank employee most would have a far more dour disposition in my opinion but it's the best I could find....

Anyway todays call from #BarclaysBank ... Well. what have we got to talk about, #Barclays does not want to discuss why they closed my account, why they destroyed my company made my employees, ex-employees. When I was unable to pay them, Barclays claims closing my account making it impossible to pay anyone including #Barclays was never an action they carried out so they don't need to comment on it.... but it's oh so central to everything that happened in my opinion...

#Barclays continue with a very similar theme, of it wasn't them, they didn't do it, nope they won't dicuss this that or the other.... cos it's so long ago... If only I had brought it to ther attention sooner... Which I did... as soon as I knew and was able to understand and speak again after my near fatal accident.. in 2009.... Which meant that in 2010 #Barclays where fully in the picture and this is when their collective predatory action against us started....

Oh the main thing they really don't want to talk about is..... and this came to light in our last call "They've never committed fraud or any financial crimes...!" Obviously a simple google will clear this up... so here we go

So would it be fair under the terms of fair comment to call #barclays liars, cheats and thieves...?

Perhaps we can discuss this in our call of today.. Anyway I'm very excited and keen to have a chat with Mr. Cooke (with an e) of barclays customer care and complex mortgage issues... WHich is funny really cos it's a simple issue in my opinion and all they need to do is negotiate, just like the Ombudsman recommended they should... but they don't want to...

"Barclays not just here for the simple things, like fraud and exchange rate fixing... we'll fuck up ordinary people as well...!"

Update at 16.07 I got a call from Mr. Cooke, he explained who he was. I pointed out this was effectively the third call from him making him, the most relaible person at #BarclaysBank todate. We had a chat about the issues and that as far as I'm aware we've not had the questions and information requests answered. In a way that they satisfy the matter at hand. He explained that #Barclays have no intention on negotiating with me. I pointed out that this rather depended in the information that needs to be supplied. I've now been given a direct email to send in my list of documents they need to supply. Which hasn't changed... and now we wait...!

Is Customer Care A One Way Street?

I have to ask, as a customer and you should too. the victim expirience is 100%, this injury is hard to explain, and there should be a moment where everyone takes a step back. So the actual position we
