Barclays invited me to twitter, as according to them it offered the best place to take a closer look... contact was 24/7 it's secure and offers so much more.... well the industry leading banking and high street favorite bank.... hasn't answered a reply I posted since April 2023.
It's disappointing, would that be a fair statement..? Afterall I had to make the complaint to the Ombudsman, who upheld the complaint about how we'd been treated... the Ombudsman's recommendation was negotiate a way out of this mess....
I've made 3 offers to settle, my offers have been considered fair and measured... What's Barclays brought to way forward ... "Barclays claims a recommendation to negtiate , isn't an an instruction to negotiate!" Which is why they won't comment, this raises a simple question I accepted the Ombudsman finding, I've moved forward to complete what the ombudsman reported. Barclays can't have accepted the Ombudsman's report..?
It's the only conclusion I can reach.... so I guessif they broke the contract they had with me, they refuse to answer my questions, they claim themselves outside of the reach of the FCA and the Financial Ombudsman.... then having vacated the boundarys of what would be seen as fair and reasonable trade.... then no contract exists...?
