They just don't know when to stop digging

So my wife's been sent a letter that states she's being sanctioned for over use of her overdraft... firstly she's never been over drawn, secondly she only uses he account at #BarclaysUK to move the mortgage money as I don't have an account which is accessible....... so #Barclays are consistently wrong, some could say it's a Lie, it now looks like it's a form of discrimination against her...


#DeBanking is a brutal sledgehammer to crack a walnut, it's puts all the fear and harm squarely in the lap of the client... They become the victim of the bank, #Barclays #CustomerService can't grasp that not answering does not make the problem go away... it just strings it all out, and hopes the people just learn the lesson and disappear..... #FinancialConductAthority struggles to understand the impact and appears to favour the banks when its plain to see what the game plan is.
