They can close your account without warning

They can ignore #Clients

They can break contracts and then claim the contract is still inplace


#Clients on the other hand

Can't raise #complaints

Can't raise a concern or question what is being done to them


#Disabled or #clients with additional needs will be treated unfairly ignore marginalised and discriminated against
