I apologise for the bad language however, it's a dispute that's taken 14 years, to get to here. It's a real phone call, to try and get to a point where we can negotiate, after being #Debanked for no reason. Other than surviving the impossible and they still have my money. It makes me wonder what else is being hidden by them. I've cut out stuff that has to do with the account in question and any party that is not directly invovled with this matter, it's published under the terms of fair comment. It's ten ish minutes of your life you'll never get back, I've spent nearly 15 years to get an answer..... and I'm still waiting....



It raises a simple question if the #ombudsman recommends #negotiations why not #negotiate? What more s there...? #thisisme #LifeAtBarclays #bigpicturebanking #consumerexpirience
