#Barclays keep telling me I can have access to anything they have so they comply with GDPR and Subject Access requests... The problem is when I request a file they then claim not to have it. I've therefore requested the most recent phone call both as a transcript and recording for those unable to read or who have poor eyesight.


Let's see how they get out of that one, the call in question is mentioned in this blog and has a time stamp so they can't say it didn't happen....
