#Barclays has now appointed a #solicitor, which is the same firm that claimed a couple of times not to be involved, retained or instructed.. by #Barclays the #CustomerExperience has left a great deal to be desired.
Anyway they've been instructed now, #Barclays still refuses to discuss anything with me. I've tried to get some up to date figures from them. Only to have the request met with a shot across the bows, which told me in blunt terms what they will do to me if I don't comply.
The simple problem remains, if we can't find common ground or can't define the area. In which both parties are able to say this is mine this is yours how can we dicsuss anything..? #Barclays via their #solicitors now claim, they can break any contract at will. Without any consequences on their behalf.
For example contract A is dependant on information contained in contract B. #Barclays now claim that breaking it's contract with me by the act of #debanking is my problem.
So the simple explanation my #mortgage contained in contract A was only accepted, after I provided information about my #business account, my salary i derived from my business which I operated and the accounts where held at #Barclays.
So it would be fair to suggest #barclays must have known about it? #Barclays then for whatever reason to close both my business and personal accounts, after I was nearly killed at work. #Barclays effectively #DeBanked me, broke all ties with me. Or so it seemed, my #mortgage #account was tucked away we couldn't access it, #Barclays own staff at the #Woking Branch could NOT access my #accounts.
It took a year to open a new account, and the rest is history... 16 years later, with the #ombudsman recommending #negotiations. #Barclays still refuses to move towards us and make available #information in a format that we can use.
How can we have any meaningful dialogue..? if this is the starting point..? My personal recommendation be careful who you choose as a business bank, if they can as they claim break any contract at will...
The map of global engagement is coming along nicely, over the last few days and now I have to wait for a reply.
