So Barclays are using emails now...?

It's been odd for a couple of weeks more like months, and really I don't know what I'm meant to do about it... 23rd Jan I made yet another complaint, as #Barclays was refusing to answer my simple question. Why had I been #debanked and where are the files "my files" that could prove to hold some answers at last or explain what #Barclays has been doing for the last 16 years.

Silence for 9 months, which then made me think well I susppose it's back to the #ombudsman, afterall there must be rules for this sort of thing and it turns out there are.

then as per my previous post I was invited to become part of #Barclays #InformationSuperHighway with super secure #emails and everything....... ya just got to love the 21st century....

Anyway so they sent me a letter, as attached telling me if I want to #complain there's a process and it'll be whatever it is... more importantly that now they won't answer me as the complaint is back with the Ombudsman and if I had any question I should contact them. Who contact me, yup the Ombudsman contacted me to tell me Barclays hadn't replied to them yet and so they're still waiting.... #MortgagePrisoner

Ever feel you're being #lied to, #Lied about.... and that the whole #internet thing is just a big #lie and it's never going to help clients or make any difference, Cos big companies are full of shit and if is the new way to #communicate then and I kid you not nothing will ever get done round here. 1200 emails from former CEO of Barclays to Epstein and so far I've had one and a letter it's fucking mental is this is a sign of customer care then how will anyone ever get a result 1200 emails over 4 years is one every other day... and it's take me 16 years to get one and a letter.
