So another call...

had yet another call from someone claiming to be from #barclays, the call was about 10 mins and yet again they claim not to know anything about anything., the number is below it shows the duration. I've requested a transcriptfrom the call or an audio file.


It ended with me making yet another #complaint to the caller, who seemed unhappy to progress on my behalf. I had to point out they called me and I disputed the content of the call and would not accept their version of events any longer. The fact the #ombudsman found partially in my favour seems to escape them... The ombudsman ordered Barclays to pay me compensation for the poor treatment we had from them.... and recommended we should negotiate... to find a way out... #Barclays claims this did not happen in the same way they claim I didn't have a bank account... which has been proven to be a Lie.... So here we are 15 Years later and still not moved one inch forward... #Barclays are Kuntz
