Simple discrimination, used to hide behind

How long is long enough? For a reasonable company to take for a reply? put this into context #BarclaysUK claimed that firstly I was not allowed access to the records, then that they could choose what to supply and when. Now we have a new twist on an old favorite, if #Barclays chooses it can ignore the discrimination act that protects disabled folks from yes you've guessed it.... Organisations that do exactly as #Barclays are doing....


They ignore me, refuse reasonable requests to negotiate along the terms laid out the the financial ombudsman who incidentally found in my favour...


So how are banks able to break the law...? THat would be an interesting question to ask so over the winter break I'm drafting a nice letter to Barclays to ask how they are able to still be doing this to us.


All I want to do is settle this.... Barclays are preventing this from happening with their nonstop discrimination against us....
