Seems Barclays has just had their legs slapped for treating customers like dirt.

Dear Barclays UK may I bring to your attention the following https://www.fca.org.uk/.../final-notices/barclays-2020.pdf it's simple of failure how Barclays UK and Barclays Business UK ignores or totally mishandles vulnerable clients and causes untold hardship. please see in the linked pdf. points 2.3, points 2.6, which applies to us and especially as Barclays UK caused the financial problem for which it then held me liable. points 4.8 which is interesting but does not say what the bank should do when they caused a debt to appear and then tried to crystalise the debt into reality, by acts of threats and coercison. Trying to get the customer to ineffect comit fraud, and worse be ring fenced in a contract which they can't stay within. points 4.33 they still have ongoing issues and this is bring harm to clients which they know about. points 4.47 this one hits the nail on the head, they do not communicate and instead force clients into a process where the bank claims the upper hand. (THEN TAKES YOUR HOUSE AWAY, CLAIMING ITS ALL FOR THE CLIENTS BENEFIT) points 4.48 "system not fit for purpose" I could go on but it's just a non stop roller coaster of shit, that Barclays UK wishes on anyone unfortunate to be caught in their path..! Claiming that "Might is Right" and that "customers have no right to complain!" So when would Barclays UK like to discuss our little problem the one you've been avoiding me about for the last 10+ years...? the one that now at about 2 million pounds and rising.... Oh and when would like to discuss the Malicious Allegations made to the Police about me, Which are a form of Harassment incase Barclays UK had noticed..? dear reader Barclays UK as you may not have noticed, whole system/ banking process is shit, and they like to make my life a living hell... However they seem to think that I'm meant to sit down and take this level of abuse. It seems the FCA found against Barclays UK for your actions, The Financial Ombudsman Service found in favour of my claims that I and my whole family where being harrassed by Barclays UK and their recommendation was we should negotiate... I've made Barclays 3 offers. Offer 1 go fuck yourself Offer 2 come get me, cos you started this...! Offer 3 let's talk about it like grown ups. (which even the Barclays UK employees seemed to suggest sounded reasonable to them) Especially Abdul Hassam from Barclays to have returned my calls... ever!
