So it's been a while since I was invited to discuss our complaints and grievance with Barclays via social media... What have I learnt sofar, well in order of scale it's as follows

  1. Barclays has no interest in discussing the problem they caused. They'd much rather I just disappeared far away and left them alone. As they have no answers for their action.

  2. Doing your laundry in public.... Is that the best forward..? I really don't know however Barclays has a duty of care, if a complaint starts at one end of the company there has to be an internal process to pass this along and an audit trail of this process. So we'll be asking about that information next

  3. What does the Bank think, I've tried to review this in an objective manner, and all I can get to is. They'd like to scare me into submission, by the constant threat of legal actions and the costs of which would be added to my existing mortgage. Isn't this just more threats and bullying... afterall they invent debt which I'm being held liable is anymore debt they invent really going to bother me..?

  4. Some of the Barclays team agree with me that something should be done, sadly then they just disappear so based on around 80,000 staff and me talking to one a day it's going to take around 220 years before I get back to the first person I spoke with.... if that isn't effective customer service I have no idea what is... Just let that sink in, if I try to find the right person and manage to talk to one a day in 220 years from now I'll be back at the start and still none the wiser....

  5. What a bunch of arseholes.... fuck me what else am I to do... it's mental...
