Public slanging matches

While I'm a private person, and I try not to get involved in too many arguements. There comes a point especially when I've explained to Barclays Bank, that I intended to publish it all.... That you have to either put up or shut up. If the situation is impossbile to bear, and they've as an organisation have failed for over 10 years to provide an answer. Then I guess they've made this happen by their own hand. Making themselves fair game. I should also point out, I don't bear any one single person at Barclays any ill will, load have said this is totally wrong unacceptable and some have apologised for this.... The problem is nobody has taken the chance to grasp this nettle. Deal with it it's just kicked down the road for others to sigh and apologise and claim to be the person to bring order to this mess.... and then run away..... into an organisation that employs around 45,000 people in the UK. One even suggested this happens to less than one in a million, well that could be true and all I can say it's still happening 100% to me, my family are victims by association as well.....
