Our house flooded, because of an unforseen incident caused by our neighbours, never the less.... Here is the promised picture of the Self styled Barclays Employee who doubles as an amateur house breaker.

He'd been once before I wasn't home, during that visit he spoke with my wife left her so terrified that he or others would return and force entry into our home. She was unable to answer the door, I directly blame Barclays Bank it's employees for the trauma and distress caused to my wife it resulted in her break down. Later when this came to light and I spoke with Barclays in our many recorded phonecalls yat again someone from Barclays Home Help or what rediculous title they given themselves wanted to aplogise and send flowers or chocolates to my wife... Like that makes things better, my wife just asked that we'd get our questions answered and that we could then move forward.

Our home during this visit looked like a bombsite, only a few days before we'd had all our furniture removed, dehumidifiers installed by our insurnace team and scaffolding erected to try and workout what the cause of all the water in our house was.

I have the video file, which I'll upload later "the gentleman" again claimed to be a Barclays emplyee, claimed he was sent to negotiate. I explained that I had set out a negotiation stratgey and had send this to Barclays to be reviewed and commented on by them. I asked what he was prepared to negotiate on. His answer was a surprise now claimed to be a field agent and that his role was to determine if we lived at the house, what ot's value was and what it would take to repossess the house.

So Barclays sent a thugish looking man, to our home during working hours without an appointment, to firstly scare my wife. Determine is he could gain access for whatever purpose. They've not mananged to come up with an explanation on this subject. Neither can they explain why someone would claim to be a Barclays employee, why would they even try a door....

I explained in my normal cheerful manner, when I encountered this bloke.... pulling around on our gate. That this place was deemed a building site and he would not be allowed access, unless he was wearing correct site wear.... this was my efforts to prevent accidents, he's never returned or his actions have never been fully explained.

The Ombudsman cometh

So we've been back to the #Ombudsman, after being ignored by #Barclays since the 23rd Jan 2025 this year which in my opinion needed to be be looked at. I should clarify for the last 10+ years we've h
