For the last three months it's been nothing, I havs sent another FOI request to have the following explained
Why did Barclays break it's contract with me, after all a standard contract would exist between a service provider and a service user.
I would still like the information I have requested before but electronically, so can be a search able document. The reason is simple I'm a disabled person, therefore unable to accept the format I have had the stuff sent before. To not comply with me as a disabled person would be discriminatory against me or any other disabled person.
The Ombudsman did recommend negotiations, Barclays claims that a recommendation. Isn't an instruction to negotiate... well seeing as we're meant to act in good faith, and find a solution I would argue that this simple refusal is acting in bad faith.
So I would like the information about the process how clients are meant to be dealt with in a timely manner....
So I'm awaiting the reply to that...
