My Offer to settle this matter

I've offered an elegant solution to the mess #Barclays created, even some of the #Barclayshelpteam thought it was a good idea.... Yet sadly in this year we've not achieved the goal which is either get the answers and find a solution or accept the facts that #barclays caused this mess and move directly to a solution. So I guess we'll carry on with planB. back to the #financialombudsman and request a review as ignoring them isn't solving the issue...!
