Might as well start to name some folks

I've had a look over the recent correspondence. it's always nice when you get a friendly letter than says nothing, promises everything and that everyone is looking into the matter. Most importantly based on the fact Barclays is according to them unable to email clients... this was sent by email.
I contacted them inline with the Ombudsmans recommendation that we should neogotiate... and what do I get a promise to look into... and nothing else... no answers, no negotiation and no movement forward. So over a year has passed and nothing...
So much for the Barclays Executive Complaints Teams, ability to reply and resovle issues.. They sound just like all the other liars cheats and thieves that hang about with Barclays.
The problem if I complain about them, then the original complaint gets ignored infavour of the more recent complaint.... which now very much feels like the standard mode of operations with Barclays. Which gets you ending up arguing why you've not been contacted, instead of getting to the bottom of what went wrong in the first place.
Barclays always keen to not answer any direct question, always open, honest and fair... Yeah right...!
My reply

I think that covers it all.... there's no swear words, it outlines our problem... that we should negotiate and that would be the best way forward
However below we have the telling signs that barclays does not take any complaint serious
WAS DELETED WITHOUT BEING READ..... so how will m/s Aird and the exeutive team handle my complaint if they don't take into account my replies or evidence.... isn't this just another form of harassment...? and worse am I not being discriminated against...? as a disabled person..? is this allowed under UK law..? I guessthere's going to be a complaint going in about this

These are not isolated incidents, they stretch right back as the below example shows. I log a complaint and get a half arsed attempt to contact me. Then silence... if I raise a complaint about not be gotten back to... that over shadows the original complaint which gets pushed under the carpet....
Talk about weaponising the complaints process... to send folks in a massive circle, to either get the complaint thrown out for being out of time. Or because they've made the complaint so confusing the victim can't workout where they are in the complaints process....
