If your having a tough time, from a bank or other people and your struggling. Seek help ... there is a simple set of choices hold them to account, for what they are doing to you, your family or friends.
Or let them do it.... and be angry, if you think that'll help.... I'm not angry but I've been polite and nice and this has been seen as a weakness by them. I've been sent round the houses and haven't gotten any place. Nobody wants to give me any answers and everyone wants to push the blame to some other department or unseen people who can't be reached..
This comes from a company that employs people who publish on their website that they will do everything in their power to help.....
Over the last 10+ years I've reached the simple conclusion that Barclays Bank does not read it's own literature, neither does it beleive in doing what they claim they do.
I had no choice but the make a complaint as a disabled person to the Equality commission, about the treatment I've had at the hands of a company that claims to value Equality and according to them treats all people equally irrespectively.
The equality comission agreed that something should be done and will now be writing to Barclays Bank on my behalf. As this is a clear case of discrimination against me more when I have it
As for organisations I've personally not found one yet that has offered all that much in actual help, citizens advice seemed out of their depth, legal aid, didn't pickup the phone, headway the brain injury people did help, however i already knew i had a brain injury but I didn't realise it was that injury which made me so blunt and at times unable to explain what the problem was. So I should thank them for that, If I find one that does what it says on the tin, I'll share that link.... In the men time barclays Bank could just give me the answers I want and am entitled to have and we candicuss the way forward of I'll buy some google credits and start my own campaign of inform the people that send people out to scare the hell out of my wife. Picture to follow, this guy claimed he worked for barclays bank and tried to break into our home.
