Another Friday has come and gone and no answers, no evidence from #Barclays side, no counter offer to remain in line with the Ombudsman's recommendation to negotiate... #mediation #CustomerService seem very far from their interests...


These are only the Barclays interactions with one of the other social feeds... that lead folks to the blog. If Barclays claim I'm targetting them, and I'm being unfair. They could always deliver the evidence I've requested and show it in a light that explains their position of being as they claim "they are the injured party....!"


After all fair comment suggests, unless they cough up anything to support their claim then it remains a substantial dispute.


I does make me wonder with all their staff resources and claims of being fair, honest, offering equality and equity to clients and staff.... is that just corporate bullshit...? It seems a fair question to ask
