Longish boring letter, that says nothing...

#Barclays now claim that, because they've answer my request for information and made the information available they no longer have to answer any questions. #customerservice


So sending an electronic file to a web based customer portal, to which I don't have access, solves all the problem... and it's take over 10 years to get to this.... GENIUS...! As for sending me a box of papers which on further examination does not appear to be complete... is a solution for a Bank to brush me off.... 10+ years.... I've had threats, lies, torments, evasive behaviour, abuse of process and coercion.... with a smuttering of well if you think you can win why not get a solicitor and take us #Barclays to court.


Guess I'm going back to the Information Comissioners Office, coms someone has to have an opinion on this not being the way to use information....


The Obudsman found in my favour, the recommendation was for both parties to negotiate, this has been interpreted by #BarclaysUK to we don't need to listen, we don't need to discuss and we don't need to answer.... Talk about a zero score for customer care...
