So everyone has asked Barclays to either negotiate, The Ombudsman, recommended negotiations after finding in my favour.... The Information Comissioners Officers said really Barclays should answer my questions.... but for some reason Barclays chooses not to.... or they don't want to... or they don't understand what it means to not answer.... Really it looks more and more like a simple breach of contract. Or perhaps we're in a frustrated contract.... all of which can be resolved, all it takes is for someone at Barclays to discuss the problem with me. The alternative is we'll keep going till someone fancies a chat...
They can't now claim that Barclays doesn't know about me or the problem they've caused.
