it's been three weeks, no call backs this friday...

I was promised yet another review of my complaint, by a Lady Called Mary (no surename) and nothing, she said she "would call me back the following friday" that's three weeks ago.
And nothing... not a word, still nobody knows where my money is going, but on a postive I can log into my account apart from the simple face I don't have an account with Barclays anymore. After they closed it and caused all this grief.... and 10 years later still nothing
The Ombudsman says negotiate, I've made three offers, not un reasonable offers...
And Nothing....
for a bank that claims not to use email they can email me when they choose, they just can't send me the files I've requested countless times....
How can you reason with unreasonable people...?
