I had a nice chat with another Journalist about the complexity of our position, the lady was very nice initially struggled with the ins and outs of the story but once the timeline clicked into place. She said but they closed your accounts without any warning..? and then wondered why they didn;t get your mortgage payments..? She then carried on and said.... "but they started this...?"


At which point I had a agree, now she's gone off to speak with someone else, cos in her words it's a story that really needs to be told in print.... Oh and it's nearly Friday, as I've not had any letters for a while I presume one is winging it's way to me.... or #Barclays and #LifeAtBarclays... chooses more silence.... cos #LifeAtBarclays is all about silence... #CustomerCare rating zero... out of ten....
