In business mistakes will happen

How you deal with these mistakes, will be a measure of the type of company you are... so we have

been lied to for 10+ years

had obstructions all the way when I asked questions

been supplied with duff information that did not explain the banks actions

had threats and acts of coercion in an attempt to silence me

been treated like an idiot and made to feel unwelcome when I pointed out the error
