This argument moves from strange to odd and back again...

I've now had 2 phone calls one on Monday of the Bank Holiday waking me up at 08.30 and telling me, "it's all your fault! We didn't do anything wrong, the facts are here....! this is what happened and that's that!" if you don't like this outcome get in touch with the financial ombudsman best of of.

Then out of the blue I had another call from Barclays fro a Lady called Mary the same phone number group for Barclays as Abdul Hassan who called a while back and started this whole blog off... As I said I really had no chocie but to write it up, as it unfolded in it's entirely bizzare nature.

Back to matters at hand the closure and final reply for what now looks like a previous complaint confirms the following and I should be thankful for that. I should also apologise to Mr. Cash or whatever his name was, my pain medication hadn''t started to work. I was pretty short with him, but his confirmation of his facts puts another hole in Barclays own argument that I'm in breach of contract with them.... Because he confirms the amount I'm meant to pay and I've over paid for the last 12 months By some £3,000

Which raises more equestions

  1. If I'm paying more than the required amount, to replay a debt caused by Barclays Bank when "THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT" and we indispute for a lot more money, yet I've agreed to pay while we're all investigating my claims, how can I be in a breach of contract..?

  2. Where are the payments I'm making going..? as nobody seems to know.

  3. The complaint that's now been closed didn't look at the how the business account was closed. So only confirms thatas a whole complaint the matter was not looked at fairly!

Which bring us back to another phonecall which is due this friday.... and I'll be honest I'm punch drunk from it all....

Yet Barclays continues to claim they've done nothign wrong but they've not provided the information I've requested.

it would seem there's more snakes than ladders in this game...!

The Ombudsman cometh

So we've been back to the #Ombudsman, after being ignored by #Barclays since the 23rd Jan 2025 this year which in my opinion needed to be be looked at. I should clarify for the last 10+ years we've h
