Apparently Barclays want to increase the number of folks working in customer care, so the quickest way to solve my issue.


I should just apply for the job...


After all I know what they do.... ignore, refuse to engage, don't be part of the solution, apologies for the failure of others and then get paid every month for doing the sum total of zero, nada, zipall..... Kerrching it's a win win from a winning team.... #GoBarclays

Job description

Customer Service Advisor Stratford Broadway Salary - £23,500 per annum plus excellent benefits including: Private Medical Care including GP services, Life assurance covering x8 times basic salary, Pension Contribution up to 12%, 25 days holiday allowance plus bank holidays, with the option of buying or selling 5 days per year, plus many more benefits – all pro rata’d for part time hours Shift - 14hrs per week, rotating between 7am-11pm Monday to Sunday


"14hrs per week" no wonder nothing ever gets done... what can you possibly achieve with that... it's about enough time to apologise, ignore and do nothing about the issues.....


which brings me back to having to ask, how many people work at Barclays, and the answer is about 5%
