I knew it was too quiet... so I had a phone call

Still they can't work as a single unit, Barclays as a company are totally hopeless. No one department knows or works with any other department. I have no idea who called me today, but they seems to be focussed on getting me to accept their version of events.


As if they wanted to reset the clock back to 2010....


When I pushed back on what they still claim to be facts, the person seemed to not have any information about these FACTS...


Did Barclays Lie........yes....

Have I had all the information I've requested...... no....

Have Barclays provided me with fair, honest answers, allowing me some space as a disabled person
