So it all boils down to, the use of language.... what a load of shit that really is


I raise the complaint, I get ignored...

I explain what the issues are, I get ignored

Barclays chooses to raise an agressive process with me to try and steal my house

I explain that the problem is brought about by Barclays, it's a problem of they're own making

I get ignored

After years and years of raising the same complaint, we finally get to the Ombudsman who agrees we're being treated both unfairly and very very badly in general by Barclays

The ombudsman recommends negotiation as a way forward

I get ignored by Barclays

When I finally get hold of someone to get an answer from Barclays... and they claim "A Recommendation is not an instruction from the Ombudsman! We don't want to negotiate with you!"


So they don't need to take any action.....? The ombudsman found in my favour... and yet! Nothing....! WTF...!


So they can ignore me some more, don't have to answer my questions or negotiate....


Well if that isn't the sign they a bunch of pricks I don't know what else is....
