Friday update, which caught me off guard

There's been alot of activity on this matter monday I had a letter that claimed it had nothing to do with "them", barclays was effectively whiter than the driven snow... and it would be the last time they would talk to me about it.... cos there was nothng to say that person had listened to the call I had and in her opinion it was nothing out of the ordinary...

Then I had a letter from someone in the CEO's office... claiming that they would reopen my complaints as I still felt unhappy and it would be reviewed again...

and today I've got a USB with something on it....? so this could the be electronic files I've been requesting..? or it's a virus to whipe out my machine..? or it's something else...?
