Discrimination by Barclays UK

I had to look it up after a recent call from barclays who claim they have not Discriminated against us, They've known since 2009 that I was involved in a near fatal accident. They've known that all my family has different levels of disability since 2010. Yet #Barclays claims they have not discriminated against us. However they've not when asked, prompted or other requested, provided information about the subject we are in dispute over..! So that susggests we have been treated differently..? Or is it standard practice that #BarclaysUK does not not answer any one directly, that is effectively #lies or as we're now told use #alternativetruth

Is it reasonable that this sort of treatment from the largest of the high street banks is deemed acceptable.? Surely they would take the higher moral ground to ensure that they are not seen as bullies. It would be fair assume that a #mortgage is more than likely the largest thing people use to buy a home. Is it then not fair to assume that any #bank that uses these products to harm it's clients does so to #disriminate against them?

However #Barclays claims no such action deliberate or accidental took place.... then why haven't they answered my questions and 10+ years later I'm still having to request all the information again..? If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and talks like a duck... it's more than likely a duck...!
