Bit of flurry going on.... seems like everyone is keen to be seen

So I emailled the CEO of Barclays as after 10 years of getting the run around, worse being told from the previous CEO's office that Barclays did not need to provide me any answers... it now seems they want to provide me answers but it feels very much like someone is running for the bus late.

It's been impossible to have a single point of contact, it's impossible to get a consistent answer. It's been more or less impossible to understand the answers which appear to conflict each other. It's as if Barclays are just making it up. Which would be odd bearing in mind there's regulations on how they should behave whendealing with vulnerable people.... Which is made worse when you consider we're in this position because of the direct actions taken by Barclays....

Well let's see what happens recent names to add to the list Adam Cooke he called me 4 times but sadly has no contact details... I had a call from a chap called Richard (no surname given) he works in the office of the CEO Mr. C S Venkatakrishnan....
