Fresh off the press, I had a 31 minute phone call, from #Barclays in which they now claim I should be speaking with the business team to #negotiate, however as we've covered this matter the business team won't discuss it with me as the #complaint is with #Barclays #Litigation.... Who are the people on the phone but claim not to have the power to discuss it as they just wanted to know what's going on.... In my call I'm told I will get a call back from the operator, to update me and I get a 6 second call and #Barclays hangs up.... Silent line....!

I try to call that number back but remember it's a line that does not accept incoming calls....


I'm just going to process the audio it's a thing of beauty... about 30 mins of me ask simple qiestions to the people I'm in #litigation with which they are unable to answer....

#Barclays Bank really have the ability to do the worst of everything, perhaps if someone actually read the notes first on file about me then they'd workout where this is going to end...


As for the #BarclaysUKHelp line well they've not been able to reply for a couple of years.... So they could all be sacked in my opinion cos all their collective salaries are a waste of money!

But it seems that TLT are the people to talk to, they where mentioned as the people who are going to take action on #Barclays behalf so I might as well contact them first.
