Being Waterboarded is probably more pleasant than dealing with Barclays

So after nearly 10years of asking for the information to be made available I'm told. "yes in this day and age it would be silly to claim that Barclays can't make it available by electornic means." quote from Adam Cooke Barclays UK.
That I can apply for it via their website however it's on a near impossible URL address to find. When you get there it's the usual complete the details and then you get a "SORRY BUT YOU'VE TAKEN TOO LONG TO COMPLETE THE FORM!" and get thrown off the site.
Like it's my fault, may I remind Barclays it's was them, Barclays took nearly 10 years to own up it's available electronically, it's taken a pile of unreadable paper, about 2 foot high. To be sent to me time and time again claiming everything I wanted inside... Which it wasn't, it's taken countless requests for answers to get partly redacted incomplete information to appear taking months and months to arrive. That claimed it's all my fault and failed to answer my questions.
I don't care why you chose to close the Weybridge Branch, I wanted to know if coercing, threatening and otherwise making your clients lives a misery was standard practice at The Weybridge Branch. If offering, no sorry insisting I turn the debt Barclays created in my name. Into a personal loan was deemed normal proceedure, All while being in the full knowledge that I didn't have a bank account. As Barclays had closed that and so Barclays would have known I was unable to repay this loan which makes the offer a fraudulent act...!
That's what I wanted to know.... plus everything else I've re requested... All of Barclays claims is time barred, so just for the record FRAUD...? isn't a serious crime or allegation that Barclays needs to investigate..? Amazing .... Guess you'll be getting a new complaint from me....
