Barclays WTAF... they've applied a payment from 2015 in 2024

Let's just get this straight I've had no explanation what this is meant to be.

A letter arrived from #Barclays, yesterday and they claim as per the image

So the letter arrived on the 21st November 2024 was originated on the 14th November so it took a week to arrive..... I know things aren't exactly a bed of roses for everyone but the postage is the least of the issues here.

"A payment has been put into our mortgage account", well that's great but if this has only been done now. Can someone tell me where the money was...? and what about the interest for that matter... Or is this something I'm being too touchy about...?

In my defence it's a reasonable question cos #Barclays is unable to tell me where my £25,000 is which has been going on since they #DeBanked me in 2010

#Barclays Bank are confirmed #liars, that's not up for discussion and now they appear to have lost near £1,200 for 9 years.... If I was a #Barclays client I would be very afraid of having people that are incompetant incharge

If there's any doubts why not listen to the audio when Barclays admit to lying, which suggests I have a point... Barclays are liars and worse, incompetant and probably corrupt.
