Firstly we really need to review the conflict in which I have found myself...

perhaps this will give is some facts on which a statement of facts can be drawn,

#Barclays Bank Claims they are right because

  1. They say so

  2. That I didn't pay them

  3. That they offered to turn the debt into a loan which I refused

  4. That they don't need to answer my questions

  5. That #Barclays can't ever be wrong

While I maintain my side of the facts

  1. I have to doubt they are right, based on their own statements

  2. It is correct I didn't pay them, after they closed my account.. The truth is far simpler I didn't pay anyone. As I had no means to make payments. #Barclays instigated this with the closure of my account....! 3. I could not accept this and they could not offer it... As it's fraud....! #Barclays tried to get me to commit fraud.

  4. I love this one, the bank is of the belief that they don't need to answer... or answer any questions. "MIght is Right..!" well that's a problem...

  5. Barclays is wrong and we should negotiate alonf the lines of the Ombudsman recommendation
