Barclays Hires New Head of Customer Service Department

We had confirmation from a unreliable source that Barclays has appointed a new "Head of Customer Services!", after admitting they might have not handled some cases in accordance with their own guidelines.... A spokes person said they would be confident that Mr. Coward was the right person for the job....


Barclays HR when as ked for a comment, said that "The appointment of someone from a grassroots level of the company, would refresh they're service offering. The went on to say "Mr. Coward in their opinion brought a unique quality to the corporate market. More importantly, Mr Coward stated on his first day on the job... that taking matters into his own hands when it came to complex and difficult complaints was a challenge that he'd really enjoy.... getting stuck in so to speak was his speciality....!" On a personal note and being a very religious Mr. Coward felt that bringing a physicallity to the this challenging role, was exactly what was needed to get things done the Barclays way....


he concluded that he was very confident he could whoop the department into shape....
