Barclays Customer Support Staff Can't understand that not everyone works in an Office

Got this call from #Barclays which turned bad in the usual time of around 8-10 mins, I was asked if I had a pen after I explained. I wasn't in the office and didn't have a pen with me.... the caller made me feel as if this was now my fault, bearing in mind it was a call out of the blue. Perhaps if customer service staff at #Barclays can put themselves in the shoes of the #victim then they stand a better chance of getting into #negotiations to solve the real issue.


#Barclays would rather do nothing, cos solving the issues could mean having to admit doing the wrong thing
