Barclays Customer Care Is Utter Bollocks

I was advised that #twitter or #X is the place for getting in contact with #Barclays, and to be fair the 24/7 contact line works real good... you can post a comment and tell'em what you think. Just don't expect an answer... as they've been silent on my complaint for 2 years....

To my amazement they posted today first time in ages, as I'd like an answer why I was #debanked I dropped them a quick and cheerful message let's see how long that takes to arrive... We already know as #Barclays told me they don't use email to contact clients.... it makes me wonder how they communicate in a global organisation with so little technology in play...?


Also what I find really amazing, is they openly talk about #scammers, #Barclays does this on a level unlike any other company they #DeBank #clients and keep the money... that's some next level genuis and then blame the clients.... #victimblaming
