So after the call on Bank Holiday Monday, when I got told it was all my fault and that they will be sending me the final findings about my complaint and enclose all the documents I get this.... the summary is they'd like more time it's got the correct reference numbers on it but fails to give me the following

  1. The signed contract

  2. The terms and conditions under which we entered it

  3. The sign off document of the validity of the product sold to me

  4. The explaination why they reject my a complaint

  5. An explanation of the debt, they caused when closing my account

  6. A plausible explanation of why, they closed my account in the first place and what impact that could have on me paying anyone... including Barclays Bank

  7. No. 6 is the magic answer, cos if it's happened to me... this could happen to anyone...!

  8. An explanation why they reject my offer to settle this matter

  9. An apology for taking 10+ years to send me the stuff I've asked for again and again. Please see the attached above nonsense and why was I woken up on Bank Holiday Monday... for this...? Every morning I have to deal with the effects of my near fatal accident. As a result of Barclays Bank tresspassing on my courtcase to get compensation, from the people who tried to kill me. Which had I been paid, I would have given to Barclays Bank to look after. If you can't get your head around how screwed up this is, wait till I start to scan all the previous stuff... and start making videos to explain how mental Barclays Bank are, in dealing with their clients complaints...

If this Isn't this harressment by Barclays Bank..? What is..? To me it feels like a fake execution, they do to folks held captive for ransom to soften them up, make them comply... "Dear Barclays Please stop this harressment!" You've held us to ransom in our house for the last 10 years....!

All Barclays has achieved with it continuing onslaught on us is to harden my resolve in the matter .The Financial Ombudsman recommeded we should negotiate. That was 5 years ago and Barclays Bank still thinks it's doing me a favour by making my life a living hell.... Living in undertainty, in uncertain times, all the while holding over our family... "if you don't do as we say, we'll issue papers against you and these costs will be added to any debt that exists!"

The belief that "Might is Right", is utterly flawed when you don't back it up with evidence. May I remind you, I can prove everything I've put down so far and there are no winners in this if we end up in court

The Ombudsman cometh

So we've been back to the #Ombudsman, after being ignored by #Barclays since the 23rd Jan 2025 this year which in my opinion needed to be be looked at. I should clarify for the last 10+ years we've h
