So I got told off, for voicing my opinion about Barclays on social media... at the start of national mourning, to clarify my position. I'd met the Queen in 2003, while working on a CWGC (Commonwealth Wargraves Commission Project) at Runneymede. and I met her again in 2012 after we supported a charity and helped raise 30 million pounds for the bomber command memorial which was unveiled in 2012. I thought she was very nice, and the loss to the country is something we're yet to fully understand.

Getting back to Barclays and my issues, based on the balance of probability, and because Barclays are now using silence as a weapon. It's pretty simple I have no choice but to report them back to the Ombudsman, 12 months ago I was forced into accepting a position by Barclays they claimed. If I paid 12 months of mortgage payment without any issues, that they would discuss the whole situation of how we got all tangled up... I was forced to accept this, as they said if I didn't agree an action for repossession would start that month. So underdurress I agreed, what choice did I have. What I actually did was over pay each month. In Feb this year 10 months into their agreement. I was sent a breach of agreement notice, in which they claimed I had broken the agreement... I questioned this and pointing out that I had actually done better than requested by them. Therefore I was not in breach I was actually in credit and Barclays would do well to discuss the whole problem as per the agreement we'd entered into....

It became very obvious that they hadn't really looked at the account, the automated response was pre-programmed and they had been looking to set me up forcing me into agreeing to their terms....

Which would suggest it's a very simple, path of forcing compliance instead of negotiations as per the Ombudsman recommendation.

The Ombudsman originally had found in my favour on Harrassement, and this is now a new level of harrassment.... so I guess they'll have to answer that new allegation and give me the information I have requested.... for the last 10 years....

Automamtion does not make things right, it just allows bad decisions to go unmanaged.... Yet Barclays loves automation..... another sign they couldn't give a shit about clients...!

In the same way they keep sending me information to log into my account, the very account they closed which is how they got into this mess the time stamp if from sunday at 21.01 I very much doubt an actual person sent that.. so it's more glorious automation doing whatever it likes and hurting actual people along the way...

Barclays can stop this at any time all they need to do is negotiate... but they'd rather not discuss the mechanism why they got it wrong....! it's simpler for them to blame me....!

The Wankers...!

The Ombudsman cometh

So we've been back to the #Ombudsman, after being ignored by #Barclays since the 23rd Jan 2025 this year which in my opinion needed to be be looked at. I should clarify for the last 10+ years we've h
