Kaizen was a management process introduced by Toyota to improve the cars, they built... it's a very Japanese way of looking at the work they do to make things better for everyone... continually because better is better for everyone...

So what does Barclays do? well they must have a process to make things better for very few people.... and harming people is the net result... cos better for a few is worse for loads of people. Nobody matters apart from the ones inside the circle of benefit.

Which is probably why they don't talk, which is why they don't answer and most important which is why they will do anything and everything to stop people from pointing out what is being done to them as individuals is nothing to do with Barclays....

The Barclays strategy is simple... "argue about the arguement, not about the actual problem....!"

its playing a rule book and not play the game...!
